Training Courses
The Auctioneers & Valuers Association of Australia Incorporated T/A AVAA Training & Development (AVAA TD) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
AVAA TD are registered by NSW Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board (VETAB) to provide the following Units of Competency from nationally endorsed Training Package - CPP07 Property Services:
CPPDSM4033A Assess and value goods, chattels, plant and equipment, and
CPPDSM4038A Conduct goods, chattels or equipment clearing sale or auction.
Both training courses will be offered by Distance / E-Learning.
Courses will recommence in 2011.

Introductory Training Courses
These introductory training courses are NOT VETAB accredited.
AVAA TD offers 2 Introductory Training Courses titled:
Introduction to Auctions and Auctioneering, (4 week duration) and
Introduction to Valuing Goods, Chattels, Plant and Equipment (6 week duration).
These courses are delivered via Distance / E-Learning.
Enrollment for these courses is open from February to October 2010.
Introduction to Auctions & Auctioneering
This course is ideally suited to people who have an interest in auctions and those who wish to pursue a career in auctioneering. The course material provides a step by step and understandable outline of how auctions work, the role of the participants, auction dynamics and a lot more.
Learning is self paced with learner support available.
