AVAA Certified Logo Use And Access
.
The Auctioneers and Valuers Association of Australia (AVAA) is pleased to provide AVAA Certified Auctioneer (CAAu) and AVAA Certified Valuer (CVAu) members with logos to help them present their professional standing in a consistent and credible way. These marks are intended to support individual promotion, build consumer confidence, and strengthen recognition of AVAA’s certified credentials across the auction and valuation sectors.
The AVAA Certified Auctioneer (CAAu) logo is available to financial individual members who hold the relevant certified credential. The AVAA Certified Valuer (CVAu) logo is available to financial individual members who hold the relevant certified credential. These logos relate to the certification of a person, not the branding of a business. If your organisation is an AVAA Corporate Member, a separate corporate member logo is available for company use.

AVAA grants a licence to use the AVAA Certified Auctioneer (CAAu) and AVAA Certified Valuer (CVAu) logos while an individual maintains a current financial membership. This licence is automatically withdrawn if their membership expires through non-renewal or if their membership is cancelled. Members must promptly remove the logo from all materials if they are no longer eligible to use it. The following guide sets out how the logo can be used:
As the guide also sets out, members must use the logo exactly as supplied (no changes to colours, proportions, layout, or wording) and keep the logo legible and displayed at an appropriate size. Additional requirements include maintaining clear space around the logo to keep it distinct from other graphics. It is important that the logo not be used to suggest AVAA endorses a specific product, service, or commercial offer.
These logos of several ways, including digital badges, that members can set themselves apart from unprofessional operators in the sector, reinforcing credibility through recognised standards, accountable practice, ongoing continuing professional development, and the confidence that comes with trusted certification.
If you’re not currently a certified auctioneer or valuer, apply today for the CAAu or CVAu credential and take the next step in your professional career.
AVAA Membership – It’s a great time to get involved.
