The AVAA Human Resources Interest Group brings together members with responsibility for managing people, workplace practices and employment matters across the valuation and auction industries.

This meeting will provide a practical forum to discuss recent workplace changes and the human resources issues affecting businesses of all sizes. Participants will explore how these obligations apply in practice, share experiences and consider approaches that support both regulatory compliance and effective workplace management.

The guest speaker is Mike Summerton, the Head of Industrial Relations with the Council of Small Business Organisations of Australia (COSBOA) who will address key issues relevant to employers in the valuation and auction sectors.
