John has had a long and successful career gained mainly within the telecommunications and information technology sectors in Australia and New Zealand.

He has worked in both small enterprises and large public companies including Vodafone Australia and Spark New Zealand. For more than 20 years John has also operated his own business consulting practice, mentoring small business owners on sales and marketing strategy across a range of industries.

John is a director of a franchised services business and is a Board member of a not for profit organisation, South West Community Transport.

To the AVAA John brings 20 years of leadership in Chief Executive and General Management roles, strongly focused on sales and marketing to deliver business growth.

Lizzie has over 20 years’ experience providing executive administrative and educational support across many industries. Responsible for building strong relationships with members of the AVAA and providing guidance with the education courses the association has on offer. Lizzie takes pride in making each member feel “seen and heard” and goes out of her way to ensure all contact with the AVAA is a positive experience.
